The primary requirements for residency are that the resident be clean and sober, follow the minimal safety and management guidelines, and to pay the rent in a timely fashion.
Our residents are expected to follow the following standards to maintain a supportive environment and atmosphere of mutual respect.
Alcohol and drug use is prohibited. Any resident who is found to have used alcohol or illicit drugs, is under the influence or in possession of alcohol or illicit drugs will face immediate eviction.
Residents are expected to keep the house clean, neat and safe.
The living room, kitchen and backyard are common areas. Rules of common courtesy, respect, cleanliness and cooperation are in order
Smoking is not allowed in the house at any time.
Residents are responsible for their own meals and personal hygiene needs.
Curfew: Residents are asked to be respectful of others residents with regard to work schedules. Each individual is evaluated as to necessity of curfew.
Visitors: Visitors are allowed, but are required to adhere to a 9:00 p.m. curfew. Visitors are not allowed to stay over-night.
12th Step meetings and house meetings are required
No pets are allowed on the premises.
